Though drinking water is quite beneficial but its benefits can be enhanced just by drinking it at the right time. What it means is that there are specific times when your body needs more water and this need should be fulfilled accordingly.

Apart from the time, you need to know the right temperature of water which should always be warm. Water stored at the room temperature is good enough. Still, make sure that it is not extremely hot or cold because of varied temperatures in different regions.
Keeping a bottle of water with you is a good habit as it reminds you to drink at regular intervals, which is essential for your health. So, keep drinking water and don’t wait until you feel thirsty as by that time your body may already be dehydrated.
