Superdry In Right Size

July 21st, 2010

There is some problem regarding the size of the Superdry materials. It does not match the size of other brands in the market. The net only adds to the confusion. The bottom-line is that the materials of Superdry are very accurate when it comes to size.

Clothing sizes have an international standard. It is determined by the International Standards Organisation or the ISO. They are the supreme body in matters of types of standards, which also includes a standard measure for the sizing of clothes. This is supposed to act as a reference for choosing clothes accurately and converting between US, UK, European and other sizes. But the truth is different. International standards has got it’s own problems.

It is better not to delve deep into this furthermore. The problem is mainly of two type- Usage of letter codes and the liberty taken by clothing manufacturers with the established standards. There is no obligation on the part of them to follow the rules, which means status quo to prevail. But there is an easy way to catch the difference. A general rule to follow is that superdry clothes are one size smaller than other brands.

There is no problem with their fitting, but you will be on the safe side, if you go for an oversized version of their clothing. To state simply, if your size is medium, then go for the large one.
